Man fertility is also an important thing to be considered. Forty percent of infertility causes are attributed to the man, called as "male factor". All it takes only one sperm for a woman to get pregnant. But of course, the sperm has to perform as it best.

Here are some causes&risk factors for male infertility:

First of all, psychological and emotional factors happens day-to-day and some become accumulative basic causes people become unaware. Pathologies of male reproductive and also systemic, such as undescended testicles (can decrease fertility),  sperm duct defect (can damaged by illness or injury, or even born without sperm duct--> cyctic fibrosis), varicocele (a swelling of the veins that drain testicle, that may lead to reduced sperm count and fewer moving sperm), immature/abnormal spermatozoa, hormone imbalance (low testosterone --> male hypogonadism), infection (which can interfere sperm production and health), an inflamation and tumor like prostate, cancer, diabetes, genetic factors, etc.

Other modifiable factors, that people, actually, very possible to reduce and avoiding these causes. These specifically come from lifestyle habits, including: smoking, an excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, poor diet, being overweight and obese, and over exercise.
